Good quality, quick delivery

I ordered the Kauartikel vom Rind and some Hühnerfüße for my dog last week. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found everything easily. Delivery took exactly 4 days to reach me in California, which felt pretty fast coming from overseas. The packaging was secure, and all the items arrived in perfect condition. My dog absolutely loved the treats, especially the Hühnerfüße. They seemed fresh and had a good, natural smell, not artificial at all. I appreciated that they're chemical-free, it's a big plus for me. I didn't need customer support this time, but the overall experience was smooth. I'd definitely order again.

Got the chewy stuff, dog likes it

Grabbed some Ochsenziemer and a Futterdummy from here for my pup. It was pretty easy to find what I wanted on their site. The order showed up in about five days, which was fine. My dog really got into the Ochsenziemer, kept him busy for a while. The dummy is good for training too, seems sturdy enough. No complaints, it was a chill shopping experience.

My dog loves these snacks!

Oh my goodness, I just got the Knabberkiste and it is fantastic! My dog went absolutely crazy for the Entenhälse and the Getrocknete Pansen. I've never seen her so excited for treats before. The variety in the box was really good, and everything looked super fresh. I am so glad I found this store. I will for sure be ordering another box next month. Seriously, if you have a dog, you have to try this. They're going to love it!

Anyone know if Pit Und Felix is legit? Like, is it a real company or some random drop-shipper? Thinking about getting a subscription for my dog.

W Wendy Marsh 1 month ago

Totally legit! They're a proper German company specializing in pet treats. My dog loves their stuff, been ordering for ages.

S Sarah 1 month ago

They are for sure. They have a good reputation for quality and transparency about their ingredients. Not some shady outfit at all.

Can you actually mix and match what goes into their 'Knabberkiste' subscription boxes? My cat is super specific about his treats, don't want to get stuck with stuff he won't eat.

R Rosa Kaur 2 months ago

Nah, I don't think you can customize the Knabberkiste. It's usually a pre-curated box they put together. But their treats are really good quality, maybe your cat will like the variety!

M Mike Reyes 2 months ago

They have different themed boxes, but not like build-your-own-box, if that's what you mean. You can choose different types of boxes though, like for puppies or seniors, which helps narrow it down.

i have a newsletter discount code and also a first-time customer one. can i use both on my first order or is it one per purchase kinda deal?

M Mia Kaur 3 months ago

Pretty sure it's only one code at a time. Most places do that. I tried to stack a couple once and it wouldn't let me.

R Rachel 2 months ago

Yeah, 99% of the time, coupon codes can't be combined. So pick the better discount! The new customer one is usually pretty decent.

hey, was wondering if anyone has ordered from Pit Und Felix to, say, Miami? how long did it actually take to get here? my dog is picky and I wanna make sure it's fresh.

T Todd 3 months ago

Miami? That's a long way from Germany! I think they only ship within Germany, maybe parts of Europe. Pretty sure they don't do US shipping.

O Omar Kaur 3 months ago

Yeah, I just checked their site. They're definitely a German company and ship within Germany. So, if you're in Miami, you're probably out of luck unless you use a freight forwarder or something.

Are the treats from Pit Und Felix really all natural and stuff? Like, no weird fillers or chemicals? My dog has a sensitive stomach so this is a big deal.

E Emma 2 months ago

Yes! That's actually their whole thing. I've bought their beef chews a bunch of times and they're literally just dried beef. No junk.

B Beth 2 months ago

Yeah, they're super clear about being chemical-free and no additives. My vet even recommended them for my dog with allergies. It's good stuff, for real.
